All manufacturing Infrastructure is available in-house for completing the product after procurement of raw material. All type of required machinery like Sigma Mixer, Plaugh-shear Mixer, Moulding machines, Press Shop, High Pressure Die Casting machines, SPMâs for Grinding and Drilling, powder Coating plant, CNC, EDM ,VMC, Milling machines, Surface Coating Plants, Straightening machine, shot blasting machine, Adhesive Coating Machine etc. MK group has separately defined lines at shop floor for different products manufacturing. On Job techniques are followed as per Japanese Concept and environment at shop-floor is very Eco-friendly. Equipments Each MK Product carries Quality Seal of MK & MX Brand with it. In keeping view of a global Quality product, MK Group always tends to go for most technically advanced equipments and tools from the reputed and renowned sources. MK group has High Pressure Die Casting Machines, Moulding Machines, CNC, EDM, VMC, Rolling Machines, Kneaders, Surface Coating Plants, and Straightening Machines, SPMâs for Grinding as well as Drilling Processes, Used in Process of manufacturing. In the group Facilities, There are 50 Power Press machines available from 30 tons to 250 tons capacity for metal working. Again the Die casting Unit has 17 High Pressure Die Casting Machines ranging from 80 Ton to 440 Ton Capacity, all these machines ensures manufacturing of high quality and precision products. Surface Finish Section has Phosphating Plant, Alodine Treatment Plant and Powder Coating Plant for different MK Products. Moulding Section has 40 machines for different products running at once for different customers whether it is rubberized brake liner, 2-wheeler Brake liner, 3-wheeler Brake liner, 4-wheeler Brake liner, clutch plates, clutch shoes and clutch facings, 4-wheeler Clutch assemblies. To maintain and sustain the accuracy of products, CNC machines are available to perform high precision operations. To support manufacturing of Cork Material and Clutch friction disc we have lined up a set of SPMs to perform individual processes. Some of the SPMs include Kneader, roller, presses moulding machines etc. Single piece flow with easy material handling and minimum movement keeping concept with FIFO at every manufacturing stage is followed with undertaking offline scrutiny in order to defect free product processing. The MK Group ensures consistent quality products through in house manufacturing of its moulds, jigs, dies and fixtures by using CNC, EDM and VMC available with its own Tool-room.
